Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, Reiki I am a diploma qualified remedial massage therapist specialising in deep tissue massage, pregnancy & postnatal massage, acupressure, reflexology, reiki and relaxation massage.
I am also a NutureLife® Practitioner and are therefore perfectly qualified to assist all women during their pregnancy journey, whether they are in their 1st trimester, or beyond (including preconception and postnatal periods). Massage during pregnancy provides a myriad of benefits, from the relief of tension and pain, to better sleep and an improved state of mind, just to name a few.
I have also had a lot of success treating sinus issues using gentle acupressure.
