Happy New Year & WOW!!! Classes have booked out for our open day event! So if you didn't get online & register DON'T STRESS...if it is fine we will be taking some more classes to the beach or the terrace & if it's rainy we will be holding another day very soon & you will get first dibs! So pop on in, check out the studio & say hi, there will be space in all of the meditation classes if you want to just drop by.
