Having completed my massage certificates earlier this year I thought it was about time I started utilising these skills.
- I will be offering relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point therapy massage.
- The sessions can range from 30 minutes to 60minutes dependant on what you want.
Since working from the back of my parents house, pricing is quite generous,
- 30mins = $30
- 60mins = $50
I am also offering mobile Personal Training, having just completed "master trainer" at the Australian Institute of Fitness in Melbourne.
These training sessions can be carried out at either your own home or at a local park. I am completely flexible with hours and days, I want to meet your needs and help you get to where you want to be = fit and healthy.
I can offer you 1 on 1 personal training, group training up to 5 people, nutrition advice, support along your journey or even just a program for you to follow by yourself at the gym or at home.
Pricing:
1 hr = $50
45 min = $40
group of 2 = $20 each
groups 2+ = $15 each
Program writing/ nutrition help = $20
