Accredited Dietitian based in the Hunter and Central Coast areas. Mobile and Skype options also available. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian I don't believe in diets or restricting food. I am university trained and I apply the art and science of human nutrition to help people understand the relationship between food and health. I can help you to make dietary choices to attain and maintain health, and to prevent and treat illness and disease.

Recipe (I made up): 1 chicken breast 1 carrot sliced 2 celery stalks sliced including leaves 1 onion French onion soup mix 1 pack of 2 minute noodles Soy sauce Water about 1.5-2L Cook onion until clearish, add water. Boil chicken for approx 5 mins. Add carrot and celery, soup mix and soy sauce (to taste). Cook for a further 5 mins or until chicken cooked. Add 2minute noodles and cook until soft. Serves approx 5? NOTE: this is high in sodium, from all the soy sauce and soup mix.
