I phone a good friend of my husbands a month ago knowing he has an extensive knowledge in fitness, nutrition and is a X-NRL and gym owner hoping to gain some sort of diet plan or training program to get me back to my normal weight pre baby and get back to being fit. Most people who know me I never stop, I am always flat out with family, business and everything else that comes with being a mum. For approx a month I have been using a new formula that has yet to be release in Australia. My husbands friend who told me of this new formula that he had been using and introduced to his clients. sceptical I done some research before even trying the product. Research told me how the navy seals use for it training, Lebron James a famous American basketball player uses it, doctors use it for children that have epilepsy. I continued my research into how it works for weight loss, to boost energy and brain function. Satisfied with my reading i decided to give it ago. I have been into fitness since year twelve struggling with weight, I have tried everything on the market for fitness, muscle sustainability and weight loss. I can honestly tell you now this is the best formula by far!!! I have had amazing mind blowing results. In a month I am back to 65 kg (I was 78kg) 2 dress Size smaller and maintaining muscle tone. I sleep so much better and have more energy!! Don't get me wrong there has been two nights where my son has kept me up with blood noses and the next day I could have slept standing up lol. But guess what I have trained minimal!! I would never tell anyone to try something I don't believe in because I personally know how much money and time I have wasted for quick fixes!! I am so glad that I am now able to share my results. I am going to post pics of my further progress. I am happy to share my success and what I use if anyone is interested just inbox me.
