So why have we called our bake house cafe "The Good Filo?" FIlo has two meanings for us. Filo as in "pastry" and filo as in "friend". It's where good friends meet and where good friends eat. And there's no better pass time than meeting with good friends over a good meal and coffee, a la Greek style.
