Starting a new job and wanting to make the time to be fit and healthy. Do you have any advice for people who are nervous/not sure about giving CrossFit a go? Next time you're passing the gym pop your head in to see what's happening. I went in to Pure Movement to watch a bit of a class and I've been hooked ever since. What is your favourite aspect of training at Pure Movement CrossFit? The coaching team is amazing, they're so supportive of your individual needs/goals. What is your favourite CrossFit movement? Burpees! What is your greatest CrossFit achievement so far/ what are you most proud of? It felt like it took me forever to be able to box jump; it was such a mind game. What is/are your future CrossFit goal/s? I have so many CrossFit goals but my next big goal is to be able to do pull ups.
