It’s a beautiful morning for parkrun today, don’t forget your barcode.

Put on your lucky shirt and grab your fast shoes, it's pacer week at Port Macquarie parkrun! It's a great week to try for a new PB with a run pacer every minute from 18 minutes to 40 minutes. As always being courteous on course is a priority so please watch out for other people sharing our coastline. See you all tomorrow morning, 7am at the skatepark. The week is flying by and our volunteer roster is looking a little bare! Can any of our wonderful runners volunteer this Saturday? We have a big week this week, the Port Macquarie Pacers Running Club are supplying run pacers. There will be a pacer running every minute from 18 mins to 40 mins. So it's a great week to take a minute or two off your PB. And it's bring a friend to parkrun week. So don't forget your barcode or your friend!
