Total Bootcamp Port Augusta 12 Week Challenge Presentation was held at the Standpipe on Saturday night. A great night was had by all. Congratulations to our six finalists Jasmin Eckert, Phillip Muir, Yvonne Barker, Heather Kelly (3rd), Carly Mackintosh (2nd) and our winner Courtney Dowling. Big thank you to all Total Bootcamp members for their support throughout the challenge and to my amazing fellow instructor Mel Moroney for the support she offers to everyone involved in Total Bootcamp and the program itself. Looking forward to a big finish to the year and don't forget out Sign a Friend Promotion commencing on the 8th August.

Congratulations to all the Total Bootcamp Port Augusta 12 Week Challenge Participants who completed their final Baseline tests yesterday. There were some amazing results both in the test and on the scales. Your dedication and commitment has certainly paid off. A big thank you to my amazing fellow instructor Mel Moroney for all her support not only to the participants but also the program itself.. Looking forward to celebrating with you all at the Presentation in a couple of weeks.

Guys just a reminder for those of you that are interested in the Pichi Richi 10.5km or 5km run or walk that you will need to register before the day which is next Sunday the 26th June. Registration options can be completed online. Mel Moroney is coordinating it once again for Total Bootcampers for the third consecutive year. It is no coincidence that the Total Bootcamp program has gone to a new level since she became an instructor 2 years ago and so if you have any questions or if you have any concerns let her know. Remember guys this is a great way to celebrate your efforts and hard work over the 12 weeks and complete it as part of the Total Bootcamp team. It would be nice to have some regular Bootcampers complete it as well and see a wave of grey shirts crossing the line.

Congratulations on a great start by the 19 participants in the Total Bootcamp Port Augusta 12 Week Challenge. It is always very tough physically and mentally but everyone came with the right attitude and performed very well. We have a total of 61 recruits all together and it was great to see the more experienced recruits helping and encouraging the newies along. That is what makes Total Bootcamp the number one outdoor fitness program in the region. Mel and I are looking forward to seeing the improvements over the next 12 weeks.
