Term 2 starts tomorrow - we are looking forward to seeing you all!!! A reminder that kindy now finishes at 3.30pm (15 minutes longer), and we only have 2 Friday sessions for the 4 year olds this term: Friday 26th May, 9am - 2pm Friday 16th June, 9am - 2pm.

Arid lands for option 2 tomorrow. Please make sure children are dropped off and picked up at arid lands and they come with a piece of fruit, a water bottle and closed in sturdy shoes. It's going to be fantastic weather so we are looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning.

Afternoon everyone, We have decided for safety reasons and more winds forecast for tomorrow that we will cancel the excursion to Arid Lands. We will plan it again for option 2 most likely in week 2 term 4. Also if there are more power outages into tomorrow morning the centre will be closed. If power stays on we will run a normal Friday morning for option 2 children. So stay safe everyone and hope to see you all at kindy in the morning 😊

Don't forget Option 1 has their Arid Lands Excursion tomorrow. Drop off and pick up are the same as any other Friday 8:30- 11:30. Don't forget water bottle and a piece of fruit (please note we will not be able to peel or cut up fruit). Also could children please wear closed in shoes suitable for walking. Should be a fun morning and we can't wait😊

We are still missing quite a few profile books. We really need these back to put more work and learning stories in. Term 4 is fast approaching and these books become part of their presentation at graduation. Please double check at home and return to kindy ASAP. Thank you

With water play fast becoming a daily occurrence with the warm weather. Can we all make sure children have a spare set of clothes in their bag in case they get wet. Thank you

Could all parents please make sure their children come to kindy with a wide brimmed hat. The weather is warming up and children will need to stay under the covers if they do not have a hat. Thank you

Thought I would share our beautiful frogs named froggy burger and Jeremy. Our stick insects are well loved by the kids. Also our caterpillars which we found at kindy who have now made a cocoon. We are hoping to see a moth or butterfly soon.

We have sent home some fundraising catalogues with your children. Please have a look through them and have orders back to kindy by Wednesday 14th September. If you would like more copies of the magazines for friends or family please feel free to grab some from kindy.
