Tomorrow is my Dad's birthday, so this afternoon we had cake! 🎂 Dad requested Passionfruit, so he got this 😉 3 layers of Passionfruit and coconut sponge, 2 layers of Passionfruit and mango mousse, layered with Passionfruit buttercream and Passionfruit syrup! The mousse tried to escape a little, but OMG sooooo yum 😀
