Today in the Toddler and Junior rooms we celebrated all things Commonwealth Games by having a go at our favorite sports. We had fun participating in Swimming, Athletics, Cycling, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Basketball and Netball. We love building our gross motor skills!

Today in Kindy 1 we traveled to Italy to master the art of Pizza making. We then enjoyed our creations in a lovely little boutique restaurant. We have enjoyed such a fun day.

In the Toddler room they have been busy exploring the different cultures within the room, as a part of this learning today the toddlers and Juniors celebrated the India spring festival known as Holi. Holi is also known as the "festival of colours" and it signifies the victories and good over evil and the arrival of spring. The children really enjoyed this experience, the laughter and giggles that were herd as they ran around covered in beautiful bright colours were truly wonderful. Thank you to all the educators involved in this amazing experience.

Today the Toddler and Junior room went on a Bear hunt... through the squelchy mud, the long wavy grass, the swirly swirly snow storm, the big dark forest and the deep cold river. The children and educators had so much fun exploring this amazing experience.

Dinosaur rescue. On Thursday the children in the Kindy 1 room helped rescued some dinosaurs who had been frozen in the ice for millions of year! Luckily it was warm outside which helped our young paleontologists recuse the dinosaurs a little quicker.
