Caught this morning, FRESH local calamari squid and cuttlefish, both sweet, tender and moist, cuttlefish a bit creamier ...to cook, simply drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt /pepper then BBQ or panfry, rest serve with lemon juice ....
