A huge congratulations to our member, Jaiden who just dominated his first body building competition, bring home a 3rd Place medal, while representing our club! Congratulations from all of our team, your dedication and determination has amazed us all! We look forward to walking the journey with you for the next comp!
Body Beyond Belief
Shout out to this weapon member, Jaiden. He is competing in his first Body Building Competition on Sunday and has 100% Support from the Anytime Fitness Team. Today he received a Full Upper Body Deep Tissue Massage. This increased the circulation, definition and range of motion as you can see from the before and after - we were extremely happy with the result. If you haven't yet, book a massage with Sarah from Ignitus Fitness who can take care of you. She specialises in Deep tissue, Sports, Swedish and Trigger Point Therapy.
