Serious fitness buffs will love the Functional Training Studio, which includes boxing equipment as well as a full suite of circuit stations for self-paced or trainer-led workouts.
Or, if you’re looking to increase your flexibility and tone your muscles, our yoga and Pilates studio is the perfect place to achieve results.
Wind down with a sauna or loosen up in the steam room and our child minding facilities mean you can always stay a little longer.

Attention members: The Environmental Protection Agency has informed us of multiple complaints made against us in regards to noise coming from our functional area. After conducting numerous tests it is evident the noise produced from dropping weights breaches legislation. These breaches threaten the our ability to maintain a 24/7 licence. Please assist us in being able to continue our 24/7 service by no longer dropping weights from any height whilst training in our facility. If you have any concerns or queries please contact the club on (08) 8362 7777.

A massive CONGRATULATIONS to our 12 Week Challenge club winners on Friday night at the Gala Awards Dinner. Nicole Hutchings took out our Clubs Female Transformation award. Nicole lost 8.8kg and 20.6cm of girth measurements. Sean Wright took out our Clubs Male Transformation Award. Sean lost 15.7kg and 39.8cm of girth measurements. Both were trained by Gareth. It is safe to say that Gareth was one happy trainer on Friday night. As a club we lost a total of 132.5kg which makes this challenge the most successful one we have run before. Looking forward to our 8 Week Challenge in October!
