Inspiration -
A Still from the song "Vivaha Bhojanambu" ("Kalyana Samayal Saadham" in Tamil) in the digitally-remastered, coloured version is what inspired us for Mayabazar
Our Concept -
Our Grand food is prepared by chefs from the region of the offering, which makes it genuinely authentic.
A real Hyderabadi Dum Biryani can only be cooked by an Hyderabadi. Our southern signature - Raju gari Kodi Pulao is made by a chef from that region.
We are obsessive about our cooking process, knowing that true flavour starts with the right process and love for the dish.
Our menu has true traditional recipes from the regional homes of South India, cooked exactly the way they were at homes centuries ago.
We are excited to make good food, the way it is meant to be. Food served by us will invigorate a feeling of goodness never before.
Our Passion is our Vision -
Our passion for the hospitality motivated me to launch our dream venture MayaBazar, a restaurant that will redefine the way we know South Indian cuisine.
Our desire is to see a smile on a guests face when they take their fist bite
Our rudimentary cooking techniques -
Traditional food, Home made spices, No bulk cookings, No artifical colours, Slow cooking, Innovative in how we do, A loving approach
It’s not what you know it’s how you re-create it, and that is where we like to make the difference.
