Here it is! Bec's highly sought after sugar free Avocado Choc Mousse recipe! ingredients • 2 ripe avocados. • 1/2 cup coconut cream, chilled so that it's firm. • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. • 1 tablespoon chia seeds. • 1-2 teaspoon granulated stevia or 2 tsp rice malt syrup. • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or a sprinkle of vanilla powder. • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. • pinch sea salt. Directions 1. Whiz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. 2. Scoop the mousse into small serving dishes, such as antique teacups and put in the fridge to chill for at least two hours. • SERVES - 2-6
