If you eat too much sugar, the body will store it in places like your liver, muscles and some maybe converted to fat. Did you know that one can of soft drink has around 10 teaspoons of sugar. Tip: swap sugary soft drinks for water, mineral water, soda water and diet (no calorie) soft drinks instead. Water is your best choice!
