We are a boutique fitness studio that offers high performance group reformer pilates (up to 12 clients) and 1 on 1 Personal Training. Japanese for ‘change for the better’, the Kaizen Experience, or KX, is a philosophy that focuses on small and ongoing improvement.

KX Pilates is a revolutionary, fast paced, high intensity, body-toning workout that fuses the core strengthening elements of traditional reformer pilates with circuit, cardio and endurance training. The workout realigns and strengthens the body using added resistance from modified reformer beds, shaking up traditional pilates in a big way.
Beginner through to advanced classes available, catering for all fitness levels.

BEAT THE HEAT - THE HEALTHY WAY! Yum - delicious Strawberry, Mango and Chai Icy Poles. Fresh fruit, chia seeds, and coconut water is all you need to whip up these hydrating icypoles. Ingredients: 1½ cups strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1½ cup mango pieces (fresh or frozen) 1¼ cup coconut water 4 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp honey Blitz in blender, pop in a mould and freeze. Too easy! *WELCOME TO OUR NEW TRAINER TARRYN* Have you met Tarryn our newest superstar trainer on the block? Tarryn has always been extremely active and loves trying new ways to exercise. She tried KX Pilates once and was hooked! She has turned her passion into a career by studying Fitness and now has a job to train you! Tarryn is an extremely energetic person and loves to share her positive energy. She has a constant smile on her face, laughs too hard - too loud and too regularly! She enjoys incorporating fun and laughter into her classes to ensure clients leave the studio feeling absolutely fabulous. Her passion for fitness shares a special place in her heart along with her two furry friends, Kaos and Angel, that she presents in dog shows on the weekends. When not catching up with friends, you will find Tarryn in the kitchen making delicious healthy treats. She spends most of her summers up at the river in Echuca and most of her winters trying to chase the summer somewhere around the world! ️ You can catch Tarryn on Saturday afternoons, late Sunday morning/afternoon and the early morning shift on Tuesdays.
