Buckingham and Warawuruwol Rivers flow directly into Buckingham Bay and the Arafura Sea in remote East Arnhem Land. The true reward from years exploring and searching endless miles and miles of rivers and coastlines, flickin' countless casts looking for the next "Sneaky hot Barra Spots"! Interestingly, both Rivers are also fished Feb-Oct. by Licensed NT Professional Barramundi Fishermen too. Which just goes to show. Daylite in Buckingham Bay on the last 3 hours of the run out tide provided perfect Headland Barramundi fishing conditions. It was thick and fast fishing with plenty of large, silver Oceanic Barras up to 86cm, Gold Spot and Estuary Cod, King and Blue Salmon and Fingermark falling to Gold Bombers, B 52's, Riedy's, 3' Barra Classics, Vibes and Zereks. Wildcard dinner tonite was Panko Crumbed Barramundi, Fingermark and Pavlova with Penfolds BIN 128 SHIRAZ. Tomorrow's fishing is up the Jardine river flicking into run out gutters, snake drains and rockbars with soft plastics and 15' Barra Classics.
