I have been practising yoga for over 10 years, and I'm still learning....
I am retired professional dancer, and came to yoga through various dance injuries which lead me into becoming a yoga teacher. I have a deep connection and understanding of how injury can impact our whole health, and believe in the healing properties of yoga, for body and mind.
I also love to cook clean meals with whole foods and have a great knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating.
Please come and join me for a balancing 90 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures), deep relaxation and meditation in the calming environment of my home studio space in Newport, Sydney. The classes have a limited number of  spaces available, ensuring that each students gains a personalised yoga practice and hands on guidance. The cost is only $15. Please pm me to book your spot.
