With 6 years grooming experience, I am now offering professional quality grooming by appointment at affordable prices, in the Derwent Valley area.

Grooming by appointment:
To keep your pooch as happy and as comfortable as possible, choose grooming by appointment. Similar to a hairdresser, your dog is booked in at an agreed time, is worked on from start to finish, and is then ready to come home. (No sitting around in a cage, or waiting to be dried.) If you are unable to collect your dog within 2 hours of the drop off time, an extra fee may be charged. (Unless arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.)

Due to availability and space, I am currently only able to cater to smaller dog breeds.

Services:
Bath and dry. (Includes bath, blow dry, nails and perfume.)
Bath and tidy. (Includes bath, blow dry, nails, ear cleaning, tidying of the hair on feet, face, and bottom and perfume.)
Full clip. (Includes bath, blow dry, nails, ear cleaning, full body trim/shave and perfume.
*Also offering breed clips. Eg schnauzer, poodle, westie etc.

Without physically seeing the dog, it can sometimes be hard to provide an accurate quote. If you have a price query, please send through the following information for a quote, or to book an appointment.

- Your name. (And your pooch's.)
- Contact number.
- Breed. (Due to current arrangements, I can only cater to smaller breeds.)
- Coat condition. (Is it long? Thick/fine? Matted? Curly?)
- Medical requirements. (Skin conditions? Allergies?)
- Age. (Is your dog older, and in need of help to stand for longer periods of time?)
- Desexed/vaccinated?
- Preferred day and time. (Please see appointment availability.)

Nails:
Nail clipping comes included in the quoted price of your dogs appointment, however I am also offering in home visits for nails only, within the New Norfolk area. Currently it is only offered between the hours of 6-7pm monday to friday, but I will have more opportunities to come to you as the year progresses. $15 per dog. (or 2 for $25, 3 for $35 etc.)

VIP Program:
Our Very Important Pooches will recieve a 10% discount off their regular grooming appointments. All you need to do is schedule your next appointment when collecting your dog, for within 6-8 weeks. You will also receive a courtesy phone call a few days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder.

Seniors card holders are also offered a discount of 10% at every appointment.
*Please note that these discounts do not apply to in home nail visits.

FAQ's

What if my dog has a medical/skin condition?

With an oatmeal based shampoo on offer, itchy or irritated skin can be soothed and cleaned at the same time. A medical shampoo (Malaseb) is also available. An antibacterial, anti fungal, fragrance free option, used mainly for dermatological  conditions.
