This week’s Trainer Tip Tuesday is from Ben from Ben Warburton Personal Training and he discusses the importance of Meal Prep. “Here is some food that I prepared for the week. Why meal prep? Preparing your meals saves you time during the week. It only takes a few minutes to heat up which means you are less likely to grab an unhealthy snack. Gives you structure. If you have structure you’re more likely to be consistent with your nutrition, moving you closer to your health and fitness goals.” Thanks, Ben! Do you meal prep?
