I believe personal trainer should be personal &
that's exactly what's on offer. I, Jennifer Carter, am the sole trainer owner of JC Fitness personal / group training. As a trainer I have current registration, first aid and insurance for your protection and peace of mind.
At JC fitness things run a little differently I believe personal training should be personal and that's exactly what you get, in a fun, positive, motivating environment with guidance, support and health & fitness education.
You can train one on one or share your session with a friend, or get a small group together, you also have the option of joining functional fitness group classes.
If you want to be strong, active and stay healthy for life - but really don't like sharing the gym with sweaty strangers, or you want that extra bit more out of your workout, or your unsure of what to do when it comes to fitness....your come to the right place!!!
