Yes, its cold!!! The coldest morning this year - so rug up, keep those feet warm, and put some layers on. Have a nice warm drink & get out in the sun for a walk. Or Go workout - you'll be warm in no time. Then have a nice warm shower. Winters only really just arrived - the days have been beautiful and it will be warm again before we know it.

We are looking for an awesome Group Fitness Trainer to run sessions at Freedom Fitness Morayfield from approx September up to Jan 2018. Sessions are 45mins long with small groups of up to 10 people. Permanent sessions would be: Friday Boxfit 5:30pm Wednesday Core Fit 5:30pm Saturday Bootcamp 8am Plus cover other trainers sessions if needed Would need to have the usual relevant qualifications/certs & own ABN. Would need a positive, friendly, interactive and encouraging trainer style. Switched on, able to program and deliver kick ass fun and challenging sessions and know how to get the best out of members. If anyone is interested or knows someone who may be, please get them to pm Amber and we can chat further. Hourly rate applies. Possibly more work for the right person 😊

Its a challenge because its one of those exercises we know we should do, but dont. Our core fit sessions are awesome.
