SEA VIXEN UPDATE: time to get serious and do what we do best. We have stripped the boat of all the old steering, engine, wiring, seats and fulse floor and started planning how to mount the jet into the boat. After an hour of head scratching we came up with a plan and started cutting holes. We have made up a aluminum box to Mount the pump and mid shaft into and weld that into the boat. We have also cut and welded in a flat panel in front of the pump to try and reduce air bubble been created in front of the jet intake. We have also made the rear pump mount up to transom. We still have a bit more work to do back here before we can start fitting the engine in.
