Based out of Port Hacking Automotive in Southern Sydney, we carry out proper Performance Tuning of modern European vehicles. Recode Tuning Systems, professional tuners concentrating on European vehicles in Australia more specifically those from VW, Audi and others in the VAG group.
We are one of only a couple of companies in the country that actually have the ability to to fully edit files right here on site and when necessary we even do it all trackside :). This is a distinct difference to companies that blindly just cut and paste random tunes from very amateur sources overseas with no ability to view or modify anything at all.
We work closely with respected overseas experts, Revlimit ECU tuning in Greece and are also an outlet for Superchips (for the vehicles we don't normally touch). Recently we have decided to expand the range of vehicles we support to include BMWs, Fiat and AMG. As with our own tunes our editing ability allows us to tailor these tunes to suit our fuel and condition's so it works really well

Asgard Engineering Down Pipe - Final pics !!!!
Its taken a lot of time and effort but finally we have the finished product, here it's being fitted on my Mk 6R but it suits.... VW Mk5 GTI Mk5 Pirelli Mk5 ED30 Mk6 GTI Mk6 ED35 Mk6 Golf R Audi A3 2005~2008 S3 2007~2013 and a few others too..... The whole idea with this system to to simply blow everything else away technically. Its also good to have something that simply works, doesn't foul on anything and it even allows those that may want to play with other/bigger turbos an option too. Most importantly, It looks super cool and it will out-live anyone who purchases one.

These are some of the earlier jigs we've used as well as some of the latest. What you would normally do is have the manufacturer furnished with one set of jigs and then for confirmation the finished product and its tolerances you have you own - just to check things are the way you intended them to be

Ryans Mk5 GTI with K04
Finally we've completed Ryans GTI. Along the way both Ryan and ourselves ended up replacing multiple fuel pumps intakes map sensors O2 sensors and a lot more. I'm really happy with the end result too. Here the car is running a full Revlimit K04 tune with perfect (safe) knock retard values and perfect AFR's. Its a beast on the road now too - traction in third is an issue
