Our third extraordinary VSA Classic Hero award recipient was Annette Baker from the GC Airport. Annette’s commitment is amazing. She dedicates 12 hours each week and has participated in additional training and information workshops. She is constantly striving to support GCA visitors and guests and approaches passengers with a warm, friendly smile. She assists elderly passengers through to the lounge area and those passengers who have missed their flights. Following a difficult few years, she has said the GCA Ambassador programme has given her a “new lease of life” and volunteering at the airport is the highlight of her week. Thank you Classic Escapes! #ELAV @goldcoastairport #givehappylivehappy
