Pinchos is a Spanish style market food stall. Our food is well prepared and we only use good quality produce. The result is some extremely tasty food! Pinchos operates on the Marketta Wednesday Tapas night. Carlos has been refining his tehnique for our best seller, the Honey and Thyme Pork Belly,week after week to get the crispy skin just right. We think it is pretty perfect now! Our Bacon and Cheese Risotto Balls with Homemade Mayo are also extremely popular and our second best seller! We love food and expecially love Tapas. We believe that Tapas is one of the best ways to eat, drink and enjoy time with friends and family. So please come and see us and try our delicious Tapas!!

Hello loyal Pinchos lovers, we have decided to finish stall trading with Pinchos. As you know, Carlos graduated in June, and he has been lucky enough to be offered a full time position in the field in which he studied. We are going to continue with catering and can cater for groups 50+. We can do weddings, engagement, special birthdays and other functions. We specialize in tapas, finger food style but always make sure we have heaps of food so people are not hungry. We cater for special requests eg. GF, DF, vegetarian, and can do mains if required. Wow, what an amazing afternoon at the Marketta Long Lunch!!! We catered for most of the main course which included: Honey and Thyme Pork Belly, Mushrooms with Fetta and basil and pickled cabbage, Chorizo braised in Apple cider and fennel, and sweet potato curls.
