Lest we forget. Our school leaders attended an Anzac Day Service at the Cenotaph at Central Reserve, laying a wreath under the small shrine statue. Colonel John Coulson spoke about his own experience when defending a small bay off the mainland of Australia against the Japanese, which was inspiring and greatly appreciated. #anzacday2017 #lestweforget

Live: AFLW grand final - Brisbane Lions v Adelaide Crows

Congratulations to past student and AFLW star, Sarah Perkins. Sarah plays for the Adelaide Crows who won the first AFL Women's premiership, edging Brisbane by a goal in the grand final at Carrara Stadium in front of more than 15,000 fans. Well done from the Ashwood High School community!

Ashwood High School students have taken to the virtual skies thanks to the Royal Australian Air Force's travelling flight simulator which ‘landed’ on the Ashwood oval this morning. Students had the opportunity to fly F/A-18 Super Hornet. The event was organised as part of our VET Aviation program and we thank the Royal Australian Air Force for this terrific opportunity.

Our Open Night, Ashwood Revealed, is a fantastic opportunity to learn about life at Ashwood High School. Our staff and students will open the school to the public and provide fun, interactive activities, information sessions and tours. The highlight is the Principal's address at 6:00pm. Our tours are strategically placed either side of our Principal's address so that we can cater for everyone.
