The good ole sacral chakra! Up until I started working regularly with the chakras I think my sacral was completely blocked. Here is the list of some of the physical symptoms: constipation, back pain, urinary & kidney infections, gyne cysts, abnormal menstruation, infertility, impotence. Here's the list of emotional difficulties: depression, low self esteem, insecurity, detachment, jealousy, fear. Regular reiki is amazing for the sacral as are many other forms of healing.
