Here’s a little about us…
The Mountain Bread Company is an Australian family-owned producer of unique flatbread. We’re famed for producing bread that’s not just delicious but also very healthy. Our breads are often recommended by dieticians as they are ideal for people suffering from diabetes, allergies, and food intolerances.
We’re based in Melbourne but now successfully export to USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Fiji, Dubai and throughout Asia.

Mitey-Cheesey Mountain Bread rolls! To make; - Tear Mountain Bread into strips (along the short length, they tear straight this way!) - Spread the strips with Vegemite. - At one end, place about ¼ of a cheese slice. - Roll up and skewer. - Lay them on their side under a grill and grill until the cheese starts to melt. - Turn over and toast the other side. - Serve immediately! The perfect breakfast, lunch or snack for ALL ages (or something new to try before school holidays end…)
