Two of my absolute faves and dedicated clients conquered there chosen fields this weekend.. Jordan Lingard placed 1st in the INBA sports model division 2 then went on to WIN the overall SPORTS MODEL title... What an absolute legend!! She also placed in the fitness model division marking an unforgettable weekend for this amazing competitor! Ella Bayliss started her campaign with the Victorian Fury in the Australian Netball League competition here in Melbourne this weekend.. Two wins from two games with a long but rewarding season ahead! What an athlete! Both girls know how important it is to keep themselves in peak physical condition and taking note of their bodies red flags. Regular treatments for both have been essential in keeping them competitive and feeling on top of their active work loads Make time for YOU the rewards are worth it.. Right girls?
