Today Suthers George donated stretch laces and locks to the 15 students at the Maryborough Special School who are competing at the Mooloolaba Special Triathlon on Saturday the 11th of March. These laces speed up transition time for the students and stop laces from undoing during the race. Principal Travis George is once again looking forward to being a buddy for one of the students at the Triathlon.

Have you been offered cheaper legal fees from a Solicitor or conveyancing expert to perform the legal work on buying or selling your house due to the Solicitor acting for both the Buyer and Seller? Did you know that you expose yourself to unnecessary risk if you engage the services of this Solicitor? It is dangerous to employ a Solicitor who is also acting for the other party to your conveyancing transaction. A Solicitor who acts for both parties has a divided loyalty between the parties. Do you want your Solicitor having a loyalty to the other party? Do you want your Solicitor giving advice to the other party that is not in your best interest? If you want unquestionable loyalty and protection, then Suthers George can offer you this. We do not and will not EVER act for both parties of a conveyance. This means that the only interest we are concerned about is YOURS! Don’t put yourself at risk by employing a Solicitor who cannot give you their full undivided service. The fees might be (or) seem cheaper now but if something goes wrong you want to be ensured that your Solicitor has YOUR BEST INTEREST IN SIGHT and the necessary insurance to cover any loss you incur. Call or email us today to get a quote and to discuss what benefit we can be to you. Phone 07) 4121 3650 or email: penny@suthersgeorge.com.au We also offer a FREE Contract review by a Solicitor before you sign the Contract.

Welcome to the Fair Work Ombudsman website

The Fair Work Commission today moved to slash Sunday and Public Holiday rates. The commencement dates have not yet been announced. Suthers George are warning its retail, hospitality and fast food businesses to not make any sudden changes. Employee's in these industries should continue to check their payslips to ensure no immediate changes. Current penalty rates still apply and will likely remain until at least July 2017.
