***Small Group Training*** Need an extra push through Winter? We have one position left in our Small Group Training with Zara! 2 x sessions per week/ 5 weeks only/ 6.15pm Days will either be Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Thursday (your call). Cost is $199 for members only. Message us ASAP 👍
The Vac Care kids spent the morning in Maroubra learning about the 'Sporting Walk of Fame'. The guest speaker was our own Mark Scott who features on the walk (multiple surfing/ beach sprint world titles) along side Karen's Dad, Dennis Green (multiple Olympian - canoeist)! A few whales were spotted and they came back via the Naidoc Celebrations in Heffron Park! #ToBeAKidAgain ;)
***Tonight Class Change*** Due to unforeseen circumstances, tonight's 6.30pm Body Combat class has been changed to Body Pump. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. Virtual RPM is also on at 6.30pm in the Cycle Studio if you feel like a cardio kick!

What's On These Hols?! The Pool inflatable is available 12pm - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday and is free after normal admission fees. Vacation Care - we have some vacancies on Friday, 14 July. Painting Workshop - 13 and 14 July, 9.30am - 11.30am. To make a booking please email drlc@randwick.nsw.gov.au or call 9093 6399 (bookings not required for pool inflatable).
***Dome Pool Closure*** The Dome will be closed to the public throughout the upcoming school holidays. The Training and Competition Pools will still be available.

NEW Audio App - Gym We heard you and have just rolled out a new app in the gym for your audio pleasure! AppAudio is available for FREE on both android and apple devices (download via itunes/ google play or QR code pictured). All TVs will be labelled with the corresponding channel number and will also feature a music streaming option! All you need is your smart phone and headphones! The roll out will happen in two phases. Phase one has just been completed✌️
