I run a mobile caravan servicing business on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. 10,000km/12month service $300 single axle $400 twin. Hi my name is Mike Hunter,
I run a local mobile caravan servicing business on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. I offer the same caravan servicing you would get if you were to take your caravan to a service agent except that I come to you.
I specialize in caravan servicing on single, twin and tri axle caravans. I also do bearing and brake servicing on box trailers, boat trailers and horse floats.
I'm a qualified mechanic with over 10 years experience working on public transport and caravans where safety is number 1. I carry these safety practices through to the services I offer you.
A typical 10,000 km or 12 monthly service includes the following.
- Check running lights
-Test break away
-Test brakes and adjust
- Bearings cleaned and re greased
- Inspect brake drums
- Inspect brake magnet
- Inspect brake shoes
- Inspect bushes for movement
- Check under body of van
-Clean and re grease backing plate
- Grease suspension
- Inspect springs and suspension
- Clean and paint brake drums
- Tension wheel nuts
- Adjust hand brake
- Check tyre pressure and age
- Re sheen face of tyre and rim
- Check hitch bolt tension
- Lube external locks
- Lube jockey wheel clamp
- Lubricate stabilizers
