The Healthy Mummy Bootcamp is a dedicated session for pregnant women or new mums.  The Healthy Mummy Bootcamp is a dedicated session for pregnant women or new mums. Taken by Sarah, who is qualified in pre and post natal exercise and is herself a mother of two, she will guide you through doing safe and effective exercises throughout pregnancy and in the post natal phase. We welcome bubs however there is no creche services provided so we suggest bringing your pram and bubs favourite toy.
