This highly rewarding but challenging role is located in our Maitland office working within our busy (all-female) Drafting Team. Your responsibilities will include: • Provide high quality and accurate design and drafting documentation (concept work, development plans, construction details) • Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and authorities • Co-ordinate consultants and authorities in regards to planning and building approvals • Offer advice on cost effective building solutions In return, Urban Living Solutions will offer: • A competitive salary • Opportunity for professional growth through additional training • A supportive workplace where great work is recognised and rewarded As the successful candidate you will have: • Relevant qualifications in building design and/or architectural drafting • Strong AutoCAD skills (minimum 3 years experience) • 3D presentation skills an advantage • Experience in residential construction essential • Sound knowledge of Building Codes and Standards • Local experience preferred • Well-developed communication and time-management skills • Demonstrate commitment and dedication to task • Current license and reliable car • Current OHS (whitecard) an advantage This role is for a committed, enthusiastic individual seeking long-term opportunity.
