The Mindful Classroom
Description
Teaching mindfulness practices in educational settings, for students, teachers, leaders and practitioners. The Mindful Classroom programs are based upon internationally researched mindfulness practices for schools, and support the general capabilities within the Australian Curriculum of ‘personal and social capability’ and ‘critical and creative thinking’.
Our mindfulness programs complement and strengthen existing wellbeing and mental health programs in schools such as:
Play is the Way, Kidsmatter, Mindmatters , Positive Education and Growth Mind-Sets.

Well the 2016 school year is finally completed, and what a year it has been! I want to wish all you amazing teachers for the commitment, dedication, long nights, early mornings, challenging times, hard work and incredibly beautiful hearts you have given over the past 12 months. Teaching is one of the most challenging professions in the world, so remember the gifts you have received and given to the students you have taught over this time. You have made such a difference.
