Another year is almost over, we had our last night of training in Lithgow conquering 1000 push ups and 700 sit ups nothing less then extraordinary," just a reminder there is NO Boot camp tomorrow in Lithgow". I like to thank everyone from Lithgow and Lawson for your support you have given me,you are the people who make it work and i am so grateful to all of you. One person in particular i like to thank is Kristy Baxter she has helped me out all year in orchestrating classes and always there to offer a helping hand with me and clients thank you Kristy. Training will resume in Lithgow on Tuesday the 10th January and Wednesday the 11th January in Lawson, for the mountains i think Serge will start up on Monday the 9th January.
