At any one time approx 10% of the Australian population has some form of gym membership (that includes specialised Personal Training studios TFR, outdoor boot camps, 24hr and big box gyms). Another 10% is engaged in exercises in the form of walking/jogging/running regularly, working out at home or being involved in organised sports. The biggest problem facing the fitness industry AND the health sector, is that we have failed to find a way to get that 80% of Australians living active lifestyles where long-term health and fitness is prioritised at all. This video sums up the issue well and even explains the benefits of active living well enough that it could convert 1 or 2 people. CHECK IT OUT!!!
An at home workout video we made for my Detox Challenge participants that was too much fun not too share!!! Tag A Friend Who You Think Is Up For The Task INSTRUCTIONS INSTRUCTIONS Choose which variation you'd like to do: Both are 2 minutes long (4x exercises back to back for the first, 6x exercises 20 seconds each back to back for the second). The second variation is the more challenging of the 2. If you're a beginner complete 3 rounds of your chosen variation with 1 minute rest in between each round. If you're intermediate to advanced complete 5 rounds with just 30 seconds rest between each round.
