Only 6 months after soil works and seeding!!!

This area had self seeded pine trees and was poorly drained so was always wet and sludgy so no grass would grow. The bobcat and excavator were used to remove the trees and to cut and fill the entire area using a laser lever to achieve perfect gradients to drain the area. One end of the area was excavated 300mm and the other filled 300mm to give a new fall of 600mm. We then installed a basketball ring, footy goal posts and a synthetic cricket pitch and seeded the area to create a sports area.

This area was excavated approx. 2.4 deep then had a trench dug 2.4m>2.7m deep to connect storm water overflow to these 3 concrete water tanks. Crushed rock was then compacted in layers followed by loam. There is now a beautiful lawn over these tanks in a back yard. A well thought out design/plan process can allow you to reach you goals!!!

Site cut and holes drilled in Highton. Excavator used to create 3 terraced levels on this steep block. Then used to drill 450mm post holes while the bobcat was used to carry the spoil and load the truck faster 👌🏻
