It's so much easier if you choose our healthy options for your conference. Working with dietitians we have created an amazing menu to keep your delegates nourished whilst they work and learn. Over the years we have observed that certain food affect our delegates in ways that are not conducive to the objectives of the event. Food high in carbohydrates and sugar has at times resulted in delegates experiencing: • Restlessness • Inability to concentrate • Mind fog • Irritability • Drowsiness • Bloating

What's on the Date Night Menu this month? Entree: Roast pumpkin, sundried tomato, and fetta in a white wine and pesto cream sauce. Seafood Chowder with crusty baked bread. Main: Lamb rump on a french lentil cassoulet topped with sweet potato chips. Confit chicken maryland on a preserved lemon risotto cake with a rich tomato olive and basil broth. Dessert: Coconut creme caramel with grilled pineapple and mint compote. Steamed banana pudding with butterscotch sauce and double cream.
