We got an awesome reply today when we sent out of Christmas-Wet Season newsletter. Paul, from Queesnland had some work done with us while visiting the Kimberley back in May-June 2015. We also provided advice to him over the phone, that clearly got him all the way through the Kimberley and back home safe to Queensland. This was back in 2015, so we clearly left a lasting impression on him! Thanks for the feedback Paul!! Dustin. Hey mate, hope all is going well for you, your family and your business . Thanks for all your help sorting out our Cub Camper Battery issues and your telephone advice and inquires you made with ARB on our behalf with regards to the erroneous advice we received from another unnamed business to replace our 4WDs leaf springs (during our Kimberley trip in May-June 2015). We drove (fully loaded and towing) all the way from Derby to Cape Leveque then all the way home to Brisbane via the Duncan Road, Buntine Hwy, Buchanan Hwy before hitting the bitumen again on the Sturt Hwy and they've been fine (and the camper batteries and charger are still going strong also). All we needed was the new spring buffers (still 100% intact and functional) and not whole new leaf packs as advised by other business. (ARB Qld state office looked at them when we got home and reconfirmed your advice that there was no need to replace them). I would've lost several hundred dollars, and worse several days travelling, without your advice and inquiries on my behalf. So THANK YOU, YOU LEGEND . It was the trip of a lifetime for our family and you and your team ironed out the only wrinkles we encountered. It has not been forgotten . Cheers mate. Ryco Filters FireGuardian Air Filters prevents potentially flammable air filters from igniting after contact with hot embers, sparks or cigarette butts that may be been sucked in through the air intake. The Ryco FireGuardian Air Filters inhibit combustion when exposed to embers, sparks or fire.
