AJ Grant Group is one of the most successful, experienced and reliable accredited services provider for insurance claims and disaster relief. AJ Grant Building has been servicing the insurance industry since 2001, providing quality, competitive and reliable insurance services including causation reports and rectification and remediation works. During this time AJ Grant Building has grown to become a trusted partner for many of the leading insurance clients throughout Australia. In 2011 AJ Grant Restorations began operations and now services hand-in-hand with AJ Grant Building to provide a positive end-to-end claim experience for each and every claim.
Currently AJ Grant has over full-time staff located across Australia. AJ Grant utilises its custom-built claims management system, BuildPRO which has been designed, developed and utilised by AJ Grant Group. BuildPRO was developed over four years and our system is second to none when it comes to the management and monitoring of our business. BuildPRO has been designed with the view of integration with our client’s systems and runs on professionally hosted servers.
BuildPRO not only assists in managing claims, but also manages and monitors staff, suppliers and contractors, ensuring that all set KPI’s and targets are always met and cost targets and control measures are always adhered to.
All our branches covering QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and WA are strategically placed to provide the utmost in inefficiencies whilst servicing our clients.
Having the vast coverage allows for our resources to provide support and assistance to all affected states when required during an event. All branches provide facilities for assisting staff and up-scaling including temporary staff and external service providers to utilise during an event. Branches also provide full restoration and mitigation facilities including wash bays, drying rooms and storage.
The business is supported by our national management team which includes accounts, HR, WHS, IT, procurement, systems and reporting, data analysts, fleet manager, group admin / submissions and senior management.
AJ Grant is led and managed by an experienced management team, with operations managers overseeing individual branches and claims assistants and assessors carrying out causation reports and overseeing repair works. Our management team work with the local operations managers and ensure all KPI and SLA targets are being met in addition to providing guidance and direction for the business.

Attention all trades in the Adelaide, Mildura and Broken Hill areas. We have had a serious storm travel through these areas and are keen to have quality trades register with us to help us to restore our customers damaged homes. Dubbo branch will be managed and operated by Executive Manager, David Cantwell. David has been with AJ Grant Group for 5 years and is a highly valued and knowledgeable individual not only in the building industry but also insurance claims management. Wagga branch will be managed by our Executive Manager, Damian Pembleton. Damian is a licenced builder with 20 years of industry experience ranging from working on job sites to most recently managing his own building company. Damian brings a wide range of experience in building and customer service and is an asset to the AJ Grant family.
