"Captessa" is a new kennel est. in 2015. We love big dogs and want to share with everyone the beautiful breed that is St. Bernards Captessa is a new kennel, established in 2015.We love big dogs and a life long dream was to own a St. Bernard. When we purchased our boy Captain Christo in 2013 we soon realized that he needed a companion. 6 months later we welcomed Contessa to the family.
We have watched them grow and grow and grow into beautiful dogs and we want to share that with others.
Great consideration is taken before placing any of our puppies into prospective homes. Our priority is to ensure that our puppies are happy, healthy and well cared for in a home with people who will consider them to be a family member..... not just a dog!
This page will show you the "happenings" at Captessa and keep you up to date with information and photos of current litters & parents to view the puppies progress prior to departure, All puppies are special to us and we would love to keep in contact with you on the progress of puppies. Here is the dapper Moose At his last weigh he was 62kg and although he has come with his share of break outs and fence jumping, Moose has a true Saints heart - loyal to the core He is very active and runs with the kids whilst they ride. He also is a very good friend to his Uncle Gus who constantly reprimands him for his silliness. Happy 1st birthday Moose

Well we are all settled in for the night. Captain was quite dominant on Daisy's arrival but they have all settled and seem to be working each other out. Daisy is so much like Captain and has Contessa eyes and muzzle. Its hard to tell daddy and daughter appart.
