Slowly but surely making progress! The new floor is finished in the cardio area. Just to keep you informed heres what we're working on now: • New memberships including a lot more for membership, like FitMeal credit, membership folders, sit down meetings with a trainer and more.. • We're planning expansions to the Functional room • Complete renovations to the reception area moving the office and childminding It's proving to be a big job! But we're so excited for the changes that will soon begin in the other rooms. We're always aiming to improve. Bigger and better everyday. To be honest at the moment most of our time is going into these new memberships. The new changes are so exciting. It's all happening! :-D

I recorded my mum's workout to share with you. :-) • 3/4 Assisted Chin-up X20 • Step ups x20 • Dumbell Chest Press x20 • Skip 3min • Dumbell Squat x20 Notes: ✓ Repeat 2-4 times ✓ Mum keeps her elbows bent at the bottom of the assisted chinup. This helps protect elbow joints. ✓ Mum also keeps her elbows slightly bent at the top of the chest press another good idea to really keep the elbows safe. ✓ Mum's got a great sequence to work the whole body: back, cardio, chest and legs.
