Training Sessions TRAINING TIMES
Monday - Friday : 4.30pm - 7.30pm $2 per session
Sunday : 10.00am - 12.00pm $2 per session
Ladies Classes Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm $3 per session
Training is tailored for those wanting to take up boxing as a sport and accommodates members of the community wanting to get fit. This includes the ladies where classes are based on aerobic work involving the use of focus mitts, floor to sealing and heavy bag work...and of course some running.
