Try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 30 days completely FREE! Weekly classes at Kensington, Edwardstown, Barossa Valley, Golden Grove, and Ararat! We offer enjoyable classes in fundamentally based Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at four locations:
1) Kensington YMCA, The Parade, Kensington, South Australia (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
2) 101 Greenock Road, Nuriootpa (Monday and Wednesday); and
3) Pro Strength & Conditioning, 985 South Road, Edwardstown South Australia (Saturday)
5) Ararat, Victoria (Tuesdays 6pm)

Happy New Year all! Classes return for 2017 on Monday 9th January at 6:30pm. Tuesday and Thursday classes will be at their regular times of 7:15pm. We can't wait to kick off the fresh year of training with you all

Tonight's open mat session commences at 6:30 as opposed to our usual time!
Tonight we'll finish off our week of Serpent Guard (aka Single Leg X guard) by looking at an ankle lock to double leg sweep combo, and a cool little sickle sweep when the opponent stands up. Should be fun! See you all there!
