Looking for skilled handyman in the Kellyville area. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, and must be able to demonstrate skills to undertake all facets of maintenance, including building maintenance and general repairs including ground maintenance. Must be open to learn where required and take instruction where required. Must have excellent communication skills to be able to work with tenants, real estate agents and home owners. Must be able to work unsupervised. Must have a NSW driver’s licence and van or utility vehicle for transportation of materials and tools to the job sites. Must have white card, police clearance and working with children certificate. Must be able to withstand pressure and remain cool headed. Fixed term period, 2 to 3 days a week, (Potentially more) until Dec 24th, with a possibility of continuing in the new year. Rate: $28 to $32 based on experience.
